PRIMAL GEAR UNLIMITED is proud to announce the arrival of their American Made Bushcraft Knife, the HABB-K (Hell and Back Bushcraft Knife). Designed with everyday bushcraft tasks and survival use in mind.
The blade is a 5 inch drop point blade that has a modified flat grind with convex. The full tang is 5/32 thick and with sheath and firestarter/firesteel weighs in at one pound. Overall length 9.5 inches.

The handle scales are made from Canvas Micarta, and have a socket for a bow drill fire making set built into each side, so you can have the blade away from you whether you are right or left handed. Holes in the sheath so you can add cordage so you will have two components of a bow drill set with you leaving only the spindle, fireboard, and bow to make.
The top of the blade is flat to aid in batoning. It has a flat spot for thumb control just forward of the scales for heavy duty tasks and just forward of that there are thumb ridges for lighter tasks that require finesse. Top of blade also contain a rounded cut out for use with fire steel. The round area provides more contact with the fire steel throwing showers of sparks and distributing even wear to the fire steel.
The Kydex sheath has a belt loop (not pictured) and two leather straps with easy use Pull Dot buttons for horizontal mounting.
Designed by PRIMAL GEAR UNLIMITED and produced in the Deep South U.S.A., the HABB-K was designed to handle the tasks and abuse required of a bushcraft knife. We also made sure it would withstand applications that everyone uses their bushcraft knives for, that knives aren't really supposed to be used for, like prying up tent stakes, digging, and batoning.
The HABB-K is a production knife with the blade shape being machine cut with the grind, scale shaping, and finish being done by hand making it a custom production knife.
Made from 1095 carbon steel heat treated to a Rockwell of 58 +/-. Look up Primal Gear Unlimited's website and order yours today. 175.00 MSRP with a pre-order special of 150.00 U.S.
